Following the contract being signed off, we will organise all relevant documentation to obtain a planning permit or building permit (if required). We aim to work with you closely through every step.

Hand Over

Here’s the exciting part! Upon obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy, we hand over the keys to your dream home to you with our 25 years structural warranty!
